You can try and change the download method in WooCommerce. As it seems the problem perseveres, despite all kind of special tricks suggested in the first thread. It has nothing to do with the configuration. The browser gives the error message “File not Found”. Since last week, download links from products no longer work. The links itself work beautifully outside WooCommerce, but cause errors if used as a download link within a WooCommerce product. Suggestions from the first thread did not solve the issues for many sites.ĭownloads worked flawless for years. It has nothing to do with the configuration, any plug-ins or themes. This is why I started this new thread about the same problem. As it is marked as “resolved”, it probably doesn’t get the attention it needs.
